I saw this top at Madewell and immediately had to have it. First off, I love anything linen. I especially love linen tees because they are so comfortable and light and I find they don’t show wrinkles as much as let’s say a linen blazer or pants. So my last name is Zias (DUH) and for some reason it’s very difficult for people to understand how to say it or spell it. I often here myself saying, “Zias, Z as in ZEBRA…” …you get it. I’ve been saying that since I was a little kid and I think that’s where my love and fascination for zebras began. That and because I think they are the closest animal to a unicorn.
(I feel like my above zebra rant makes me sound super stoned…I’m not btw…but I probably should slow down the coffee intake…)
ANYWAYS, going along with the zebra theme I went for the safari feel on this look and added a hat and my favorite Vince Camuto boots that I have been wearing for 3 years.
