Have you ever been to Sheepshead Bay? It’s an area of Brooklyn not too far from Coney Island. Steve and I go there sometimes because there is this terrific sushi restaurant. The rolls are delicious, cheap and extra meaty and for the life of me I can’t remember the name so I’ll stop talking about it. Seriously though, mm mm GOOD.
I like the area because it’s right on the water and on a sunny day it’s beautiful to walk around. Tons of great restaurants and cafes, boats, and Russian women.
Sheepshead Bay is sooo Russian! One thing I’ve learned about most Russian women is that they wear what they want, when they want and they don’t give a hoot about what you think because they know they look fabulous. I love the attitude and confidence.
Seeing a Lifetime commercial for the new show “Russian Dolls” inspired me to post this outfit. I’ve had these pictures for months now but never liked the way they came out. But screw it, that Rachel Roy jumper is way too cute for the world not to see.
