I love white during the summer time and I saw this dress in the AX window and fell in love.  It was also 40% off so that encouraged my infatuation.  The fit and flare is flattering and playful.   I love a nice bag as much as the next girl but I often like having my hands free and this dress has pockets so you can leave your purse behind if you want to!
