First off let me say one of my favorite things about visiting temples in Thailand was taking off my shoes before entering.  It’s feels so freeing walking around public spaces barefoot!  With that said, these photos were from the first day of our trip in Bangkok.  We visited the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun.  Each temple was very different from the one before and I really enjoyed them all.  The Grand Palace is gorgeous and so rich in all it’s colors and houses the sacred Emerald Buddah.  Wat Pho hosts Thailand’s biggest reclining Buddha statue that is 42 meters and way larger than I ever could have expected. The whole statue is covered in gold leaf!  Just across the river is Wat Arun.  My favorite part was climbing up the extremely steep steps for a view of Bangkok at sunset!  It was hot and humid in Bangkok but I needed to be covered up to visit the temples so I wore a class v neck tee and my new linen pants that were very comfortable and perfect for a day around the city!

Don’t forget to follow me on twitter and instagram for more photos!

Cheers to fashion, seeing the world and always having fun!
