The Look: Little Black Dress

I love this outfit for several reasons:  1. I am obsessed with hats and if you have not yet noticed, you will.  2. Almost all ruched dresses are figure flattering. 3.  I bought those shoes at some store in Soho almost 3 years ago.  I bought them a size too big (sometimes I think my feet are bigger than they are) because I had to have them and I finally realized that my feet are not (thankfully) going to grow into them so I bought padding inserts and now they are totally wearable!  Yay!
