Make sure you check out how my friend Ranu styled this same piece!

Super excited about this look! When my friend Ranu of Lanuchan came to visit LA she purchased this silk, tie-dyed cape from a boutique in Silverlake and obviously brought it with her on our trip to Palm Springs. I fell in love with the piece and would totally want to borrow it all the time if we lived in the same city so we thought it would be really fun to show you how to style one piece in two completely different ways.

We took these photos after a day at the pool and it was 90 degrees out and I just wanted something super airy and flowy so I opted on wearing the kimono bare & backwards.  Styled it with a statement necklace and a tan for an effortlessly chic look!  Thank you Ranu for snapping these pretty photos.

Check out how Ranu styled it here.

How would YOU wear this piece?!

Cheers to fashion, seeing the world and always having fun!
