I wore this exact outfit to 2-holiday parties this month and got so many compliments. The outfit brings the right amount of glam but is so comfortable. I love the sequin details but I also love that it’s a pant set and not a dress. Everyone wears dresses on New Year’s and after a while, they all look the same so I love that this outfit brings a different punch to the party. This season suiting is very on trend. But more than ever women and men are dressing more and more casual. Office attire is so often blurred and what do you do if you want to rock the look but don’t really need to wear a blazer and pants to work? I work from home 75% of the time and if I’m not at home, I am bouncing around to different coffee shops. As a non-conventional businesswoman, I do not need to wear a suit or even a blazer for that matter but I do always try to get dressed and “dress up.” I know I feel a difference in my stature when I am wearing a blazer, a red lip and some heels.
okay, I wore this full outfit, white boots, and a sweater dress, more than once last week and I’m proud to admit it! What I love is that all these pieces are super casual staples that can be worn separately in many different looks. The white boots and the sweater dress are my favorite additions to my closet.
